This post office has generally poor service anyway since it was incorporated into the Spar, but today just took the biscuit in terms of unhelpful staff. Went to collect a parcel I’d had delivered, confirmed arrived by Royal Mail as ready for collection, got there to be told it wasn’t there. The young man serving was no help at all, just said it wasn’t there and made no effort to help, didn’t even ask for my details or tracking number just my last name. Told me it would ‘probably’ be there later. Really disappointed in the lack of care and service. Next time I’ll know to choose a different collection point. Honestly should have known better in the first place all the staff have a unhelpful attitude in general, but this incident just really got me annoyed.
